So, I will put up a contest every week or so (I'm a little absent minded so forgive me), I will judge the layouts and then announce the winner!
YOU MAY ENTER AS MANY CONTESTS AS YOU WANT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT!
THE GOODS:

•The layout that is the best out of all of the contests taking place that week
•Layout on my site for a week
•I make them a fabuloso layout/icon/picture for being the winner
•Vote for you on Xanga Topsite
•Tell all of my subscribers about your site
•Suggest a theme for the next contest (I can override you if I absolutely it)
•Anything else you want
1st place:
•The link to your layout, and your normal site, on my site
•An icon/picture that says you won (not so great with the icons)
•Your layout goes on my layout site for EVER!
•I tell all of MY subscribers about your site
•Anything you say master.
2nd place:
•Link to your layout, and your site on my site
•An icon/picture that says you won

•I tell half of my subscribers about your site
•You name it (nothing too extreme)
3rd Place:
